As Vice President of the Property Management Division, Jim is directly responsible for numerous commercial and residential properties associated with both The Robert Weiler Company and Third-Party Clients. He has specialized in both commercial and residential property management and sales since 1999.
Born and raised in Findlay, Ohio, Jim attended Owens Community College in 2000 studying Business Administration and Hospitality and started his career managing hotels and in 2004, he relocated to Columbus, Ohio to expand into Property Management. He then attended Hondros College of Real Estate and became a licensed Realtor. Jim brings with him experience in all aspects of Property Management and Real Estate– ranging from new construction design, sales and leasing, budget creation, rehabilitation projects, construction supervision and new build lease-ups.
Jim often volunteers at The Cancer Support Community of Central Ohio. In his free time. he enjoys both interior and exterior design and flipping houses. He is an active member of the Columbus Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors and the Columbus Realtors.

Rita Neff is the Senior Property Manager. She assists with the day to day operations of the Property Management division. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Rita has based her entire career around customer service and helping others achieve their goals. Growing up working in a family-owned restaurant, as well as being a Mother, Rita tends to treat everyone like family. Shortly after earning her associate degree in Criminal Justice, Rita entered the profession of Property Management. The diversity of the field is what has kept her motivated and eager to learn for over 12 years and obtain her Ohio Realtor License. Rita enjoys spending time with her family and often volunteers with her children’s sporting events and is even President of the Athletic Boosters Club at her children's school . Rita’s personality and experience are a great fit with The Robert Weiler Company.

Jessica Younger is the on-site Property Manager for Vera On Broad Apartments. With over 8 years of experience in Property Management and being a Property Manager for the past 5 years has been an adventure and has geared her towards her passion in Real Estate! Jessica has obtained certificates in Real Estate from Hondros College, as well as certifications in Comptia A+ and Comptia Network+ from Techskills, which have advanced her technical and analytical skills. She is a strong professional and is skilled in training, leadership, coaching, management, and recruiting. In her spare time, Jessica likes reading books and online comics. Something most people don't know about Jessica is that she love birds and has had pet cockatiels for over 10 years!
